DVD chapter = Recording?

Instead of creating a new topic I am adding to this one since it closely resembles my issue. I just received Release “Sight & Sound” by Chatham County Line - MusicBrainz and looked extensively at the DVD, using handbrake to rip. The back art lists 13 music tracks for the DVD (which are shown on medium 2) but there are 19 chapters. I have tried to summarize the chapters/tracks below:

I listened to the whole DVD to match up the chapters to the video recordings.
I believe I need to fix the credits for the DVD to show all 19 chapters. For my self I sort of named the “unnamed chapters” as I was not sure what to do there.

I have the following question:
Do I add the chapters in the correct order as they differ from the back art and the “chapter screen image”?
For the “unnamed chapters” what sounds appropriate as a name or do I just credit as “untitled” and add a annotation.

Video releases with multiple audio mixes

Some video releases (e.g. DVDs) have multiple audio mixes available, usually stereo and 5.1 surround, on one disc. I’m not aware that it’s ever been discussed how to handle releases like this, as the video content is constant but the audio is not. Should there be separate recordings for the stereo and 5.1 mixes, like there are for DVD-Audio releases?

Hi, I tried to repair the DVD release of Release “11,000 Clicks” by Moloko - MusicBrainz. Originally the tracklist was as listed on the release. However, this does not correspond to the chapters on the DVD. Track (chapter) 5 with a length of 9:00 consists of two songs. On Discogs, the tracklist has been adapted to the division into chapters.
