Elbisaure will only give you a dump of your listens. Alistral will calculate the stats. Try the lookup command

Good idea 
I was wondering if it would be possible for an user to have more than one ListenBrainz token, preferably scoped. Currently there is one token that can be used for everything. If that one is reset, the owner must update the token everywhere they used it.
I would imagine a possibility to add more than one token, each one with a clear scope. So, for example, a user might want to have one or more “submit listen only” tokens for their media players, and maybe another token to interact with an API in another way (e.g. for an application they’re developing).
Does that make sense to you at all?

Reviving @Zas’s suggestion from a while back:

+1 to this — a way to remove **all** listens of a particular track in one go would be really useful. My use case: I imported about a decade of my old Apple Music history, and some tracks ended up with far too many listens — duplicate events from the export, or things that shouldn’t really count. Cleaning those up one listen at a time isn’t realistic when there are dozens or hundreds of them.
One implementation that would feel natural: when you delete a single listen, offer a “delete just this one / delete all X listens of this track” choice right in the existing popup. That keeps today’s behaviour for people who only want to remove one, while making bulk cleanup a single action.
One small refinement to the “same title/artist” idea — matching on the **recording MBID** where available (falling back to title/artist for unmapped listens) would avoid accidentally sweeping up different recordings that happen to share a title, e.g. an album version and a single.
That’s just one idea for the UX though — I’d be happy with any approach that makes removing all listens of a track feasible. Thanks for all the work on ListenBrainz!

I think I can do that in Alistral.
Although providing backups would be kinda hard for now as I’m not storing the raw listen data, and would require a way to convert it back (I already plan to rework the listen storage so that would be fixed afterward)

I can’t give you a timeline for when we will have that in place, but it’s high up in feature requests and on our roadmap.
That is all that I was hoping for . This is the suggestion thread, so I pour anything in here that crosses my mind, in the hopes that it resonates with someone else as well. But I know this is hard work and people put their valuable free time into this, so I am not trying to pressure anyone. Hearing that it is on the Roadmap is great, and it’ll take the time it needs to take.
P.S: In the meantime if you are technically enclined, you can try using the command-line tools elbisaur or Alistral

Following up on an older suggestion in this very thread:
Back in 2023, @MusicListenzGood suggested adding a small bio + profile picture to ListenBrainz profiles, particularly to strengthen the social side of LB.
@aerozol replied at the time that a lot of that feedback had been added to the ListenBrainz Redesign/Figma discussions:

A month later, @mr_monkey mentioned having looked into adding user avatars to ListenBrainz:
Then in May 2023 the MetaBrainz team discussed profile pictures again, this time with the interesting idea that they might make more sense as something shared across MetaBrainz projects. Selecting artwork from the Cover Art Archive was also discussed:
So rather than suggesting the feature again: what happened to it?
Was the avatar/profile-picture idea eventually dropped, blocked by some architectural/privacy issue, or did it simply never become a priority?
One thing that also made me curious is that MetaBrainz Community itself already has user avatars. Going even further back, when Gravatar was being reconsidered in 2018, there was already discussion about potentially using avatars from this forum instead:
I’m mainly curious about where the previous work/discussion ended before proposing yet another implementation of something that seems to have been explored several times already.

Probably just not a priority, and storing user images means more infra for this.
Wouldn’t mind seeing gravatar images for now tho. It’s pretty easy to implement and adds a lot of charm to it.

I still think being able to select any album cover as your profile would be cool

Just wanted to note that gravatar got removed 4 years ago from MusicBrainz.org profiles due to privacy concerns, see MBS-12137 and the corresponding pull request.
There were some plans to use the avatar images from Discourse as a replacement, but so far it hasn’t been implemented (MBS-9725).
