I spotted it late night. And then posted this question before coffee this morning… It was mainly the new combo artists that distracted me. I think I got most of those, but then also started to doubt myself. Hence this post. And yeah, the majority was good. Diving into a boxset is a always complex start.

I’m working to unmerge a recording. If anyone would be able to fast-track Edit #143312766 - MusicBrainz, that be great. After this new recording get’s created, I need to sort through the 5 appearances from the old recording (Recording “Addey” by DeGarmo & Key - MusicBrainz) and decide if each belongs to the original or the re-recording. I’m fine waiting the 7 days, but though I’d make the request while I have the tabs open.
Im trying to add a toc file, but the tracklist was wrong, would be nice if someone could vote to let me add the toc. proofs in the edit notes. thanks

An editor changed an artist capitalization to all caps. I’d like more eyes on it. The editor checked the box to change all artist credits to match all caps. It seems that some sites have it in all caps and some don’t.

morning all again looking for help to get a change done to add a toc. last track of a cd has a hidden bonus track, an was added as seperate tracks, proof in the edit comments.

I would like a second opinion on two edits to a recording by John Williams, the classical guitarist. @Jim_DeLaHunt added John Williams the composer/conductor as conductor on this recording in Edit #8123317 - MusicBrainz , way back in 2007. I don’t see any evidence that this is true, including on the current version of the amazon page linked in the 2007 edit. @IvanDobsky also seems skeptical.
edit: Edit #145381651 - MusicBrainz seems to be a better edit to the conductor. Thanks to @beckfield for pointing that out.

Whoever that @Jim_DeLaHunt was back in 2007, who made Edit #8123317 - MusicBrainz, they probably were some inexperienced newbie whose enthusiasm to contribute outran their diligence in checking the evidence. Fortunately, there are more diligent editors who can come along later to correct the mistakes. Thank you.

This whole release and recording session looks, at first sight, like a solo guitar performance. In which case the conductor credit should not be there at all.
