We have a decided to have a release candidate before we release the next version of Picard, 2.11. It would be great if you could give this a test.
Most of the changes are about various improvements to the fingerprint scanning and matching files to scan / lookup results.

Album The Rolling Stones - Golden Rock Classics vol. 2 it still has error Stray Cat Blues despite following several steps in this thread:
Gimme Shelter and Salt of Earth were well recognized by fingerprint.
All we had to do was swap the file names on the disk.
There may be more such inaccuracies.
But everything else works OK.
But I found something. 
This was already in Picard 2.8
Environment:
14219 MP3 files, Picard default settings, I only changed the language.
I cleared the tags (only once as this is a new test) with Mp3tag
I added the directory to Picard
This order left 296 unrecognized songs, without any tags.
That’s why I always only did Scan and then there are only 30 unrecognized songs.
