Distinguish releases in my collection more clearly?

Is there an option to distinguish a release that is in my collection clearly from other releases when viewing a release group or artist’s page?

Indeed @aerozol, as It is my most wanted feature in MBS.

I had to create COLLECTION HIGHLIGHTER, there is a screenshot at the end of this post.

It is my most used script.
