Why (in some cases) Wikipedia's Photos doesn't show up in MusicBrainz

Hi,
Why (in some cases) Wikipedia’s Photos doesn’t show up when I add the link to the artist profile in MusicBrainz?
For exsample take a look at this link whuch I added from Hadara Levin Areddi’s Hebrew Wikipedia to her MusicBrainz profile. we can’t see her photo even though I added specific link to the photo (jpg):

Hi!

That’s because we link to Wikimedia Commons images, but this is in the Hebrew Wikipedia instead. If it has all the right permissions, it would make sense to move the image to Commons.

Looks like in this case there is neither an image in the Wiki data entry for this artist nor an explicit image link to Wikimedia in her MusicBrainz entry.
