I’ve enabled the Picard setting Use folksonomy tags as genre, and that appeared.
I have no Idea what that tag is meant to tell me.
There also seems to be no place for an explanation of a tag where one could look that up or enter something?

Anyone can add tags and as such they have no descriptions.
“1–4 wochen” is related to the German charts:
You could ask the editor who added these for more information about the meaning.

How have you found who added and used this tag?
@wileyfoxyx opened an issue asking to allow annotations for tags
But it is not something with top priority, because it needs serious DB scheme revision and is not so important for most even tag users.
So for now the easiest way to find tag meaning is trying to ask someone who uses it as @chaban mentioned already
I already knew beforehand but it would be nice if the site simply showed the (public) votes for a tag:

Totally agree, I just thought it is not possible, but after your answer started to fear, that it IS possible and I just missed and didn’t find this feature. +1 vote on this issue
