Washington Phillips’ songs have a relationship saying he played a dolceola. But this is not correct, he is using an instrument of his own invention called a manzarene (sometimes referred to as a “dulceola”). What should be done here?

Probably link it to the closest instrument category possible (zither?) with a credit for “manzarene” or whatnot
