Voting and moderation on own edits?

Sometimes it is frustrating to add a new entry, you then notice a silly error, but voting/moderation then requires up to a week to accept the correction.

Could there not be an option to auto-accept edits on records that oneself has created? Or auto-accept edits that are made within the hour? I think it would be beneficial.

Yes, most changes to a release that are done by the original editor within one hour of adding the release will be immediately applied.

Two open tickets are:

  • Release events will not benefit (bug)
  • Have this also on other entries than releases (feature)
