Release group “Two Worlds One” by Lisa Lynne & Aryeh Frankfurter - MusicBrainz has some interesting variation in the digital releases. Different © and ℗ dates and holders, different barcodes, and relatively small differences in cover images. I tried to add all the variations I could find on sites with better metadata before digging into the Freegal one below, but maybe I missed some.
I’m currently trying to figure out what to do with a release on Freegal. The 251544 in the URL is where the barcode is on many other releases, and I don’t see any other way to see what the barcode is. If you click on the circled “i”, it says the below. If you look in the browser devtools for https://api.freegalmusic.com/v1/album/songs?albumId=251544&provider=2&language=en, it includes copyright: "2009 Lavender Sky" which I’m pretty sure is where the last line of the info box in the UI comes from. Some albums have just a year and holder like that one, but many others have text like “(P) 2025 Sony Music Entertainment Middle East” that includes the type of copyright.

What should I do with “2009 Lavender Sky” or similar in a field that looks like it can be for either regular copyright or phonographic copyright (or both)? Are there any other sites (or printed cover art) that don’t mention the type of copyright? I’m guessing just add it to the annotation or disambiguation?
