In the Arcane season 2 soundtrack, there is the song “Ma meilleure ennemie”, sing by Stomae and Pomme with purely french lyrics and another version with a Coldplay featuring with one verse in english.
For now there is only one work with Chris Martin credited with additional lyrics.
Should i create another work for the french only version ?

yes, different lyrics should get different works, save for very minor changes (i.e. God Save the Queen/King is a single work, since the only difference is we now sing King instead of Queen)
