We don’t have a lot of Arabic speakers/readers here, so you will probably have more luck asking questions in English (at least for the time being). Sorry!
To answer your question (if Google Translate got it correct), you can see the “How to Add an Artist” document for, well, how to add an artist to MusicBrainz. Similarly, we also have a “How to Add a Release” guide as well as a “How to Add Standalone Recordings” one (which is what you’d likely want for a music video you’ve put on YouTube or similar).
And to answer the question you posted elsewhere in an unrelated topic (please don’t hijack topics): you can’t download music or videos from MusicBrainz. We only provide metadata/information about these. This information may in some cases incl. links to 3rd party sites where you can purchase or stream this (e.g., YouTube, Spotify, iTunes, etc.), but MusicBrainz itself does not have any of it.
