Style of Hidden Video Tracks on Bandcamp Releases

This week I came across 2 releases on bandcamp where the download of the album includes a video track which is not listed in the track listing on bandcamp, or even mentioned:

The video with the Allison Young release is just a short clip with no sound, so I don’t think it is missing anything to not include this. But, the Nora Brown video is a 1 minute track of part of one of the songs on the album and so seems worthy of including,

Barring just putting the info in the annotation, is there any consensus on how to enter this “hidden” track? (It doesn’t have a track number in the download.) My feeble search of the documentation didn’t find anything but perhaps I missed it.

I can see maybe entering the video as a separate medium for the release, but I don’t know how others feel about that. I could also add it as the last track of the release. Or again, just put the info in the annotation. Thoughts?

I don’t personally see any issue adding the video to the tracklist, as long as you also make a note in the annotation. whether as a seperate medium or not, I don’t know that I’ve got an opinion on that yet…

I would just add it as a last track of the release. This is how you would do it with a physical CD. Enhanced CDs would have videos on them that were not always listed in the track list.

It is in the same “medium” as the rest of the release. It appears in the same downloaded Zip.

that’s the thing, I don’t believe the video is included in the download (at least in most cases). it only appears on the Bandcamp release page

In these cases, the video is included in the download, but not listed on the release page. So, I will add it as the last track of the release.

Thanks.
