Theres this band called Hevn III who got rid of the «III», should i simply make a new page for them or should i change the existing one?
Can i add a comment that describes the change?

By default I’d not make a new page, if it’s just a rename. But it’s possible to make a separate artist and link them with a “renamed” relationship.
To judge this particular case, it would be useful to know more – could you share some links? I see we already have a Hevn and a Hevn III artist. And discogs has both with no obvious link between the two, but there it looks like Hevn III is newer than Hevn.
It seems to me this is the job for an alias. If the current name is “Hevn,” then the alias would be “Hevn III,” and the alias would be marked as ended on the date where they changed the name.

If they are still playing their old stuff under the new name, then it is just an alias. And yes, you can add notes in the Annotation about changes like this. Extra details are always interesting.
