Should an "extras" version of a release that shares the name and a similar album cover to the primary release but none of the same songs be in the same release group?

I want to add the EP VVYELLOW (SoundCloud Extras) by SEBii, and there’s already a release group for the release VVYELLOW, but they don’t have ANY songs in common. Would this be the same release group?
