This release is available in a 7-part bootleg tracklisting, however all the tracks are distributed as “Unknown Title”, would it be allowed to title them in a different way, such as “(11:31)” for the first track or “2003 Pop in Paris I”, or even “Unknown Title [11:31]?” The community around this band often refer to these tracks as “Track 1” or by the recording length.

Yes. Per Style / Unknown and untitled / Special purpose track title, “If the track is widely known under an unofficial name, you can use that name between square brackets (conforming to the Capitalization Standard) as track name instead.”
