Remix showing up in stats as the original track?

I’ve been listening to this track:

and ive noticed it seems to be showing up in my stats as the original track, not the remix:

the track above seems to be properly showing up as the remix, not the original track

the strange thing is, there wasn’t even a relationship between the au5 flip and the original until right now when i added this edit, so I’m not even sure how listenbrainz was making that jump

can anyone explain what is going on here?

I don’t know exactly what is going on here, but it seems very similar to the persistent problems reported in How is listenbrainz failing to identity the correct recording?
