Release Format (medium_format): typographically-correct punctuation for inch symbol (″)

In MB typographically-correct punctuation is preferred.
Hence I wonder why for the Release Formats the correct inch symbol ″ (the double prime) will not be used but the typewriter quotation marks (0x22).

It’s a holdover from before that guideline existed (and MusicBrainz was a lot less conscious about typography). I believe there is a risk that changing those strings in the website could break things, and it might be a lot of work too. The correct punctuation is used in some of the website translations though, but even there it is up to the individual translator.

I always use the double prime for inches on those 7 & 12 inch versions, etc. Never thought about MB not actually using them on the release types, lol.
