I’m new to musicbrainz and I’m still having some problems.
I tried to add a release with multiple artists.
But the added release does not show up in all of the artists discographies.

The artist overview displays release groups by default.
Since the release group of the release doesn’t have D.O.D. as an artist set it’s treated as a various artists release group and you need to enable the VA filter to see it:
