Release Add Controller error

I’m getting a controller error when adding a release

empty name at lib/MusicBrainz/Server/Controller/WS/js/Edit.pm line 239, <$fh> line 1

There are no warnings on the page so I assume some change was made.

I left the release add in edit overnight and cancelled. Overview was still saved. I entered the release again successfully and merged the two.

Here is the release I had issues with.
