Freegal is a streaming and download platform that’s free to use, but only if you have a library card for a participating library. Also, I think libraries can choose whether to offer streaming, downloads, or both. Does it make sense to use both the “download for free” and “stream for free” relationship types, even though those options are restricted to some library patrons? Related:

There’s also Hoopla that functions the exact same way, at least in the US. I can’t speak for whether it works with international libraries.

Oh right. And if you include videos of music performances (concerts, operas, ballets, etc.), I think there are a few others. https://classica.stingray.com/ comes to mind, but I think I’ve seen a few others.
