Hello, I want to limit the list of genres that are saved to FLAC files.
I have set it to download only one genre, and the minimum popularity level is set to 90%.
After processing the renaming script, I see that all genres are still there and not just one. I am attaching the program settings and an example of the results to the directory where you can see that there is more than one genre name. What have I set incorrectly?
Do you use any genre plugins? The settings above are for the built-in functionality of fetching genres from MusicBrainz.
If you enable plugins to fetch genres they have their own settings.
Which one (plugin) exactly?
There are several genre plugins available. Most importantly the Last.fm and Wiki data plugins, maybe also the AcousticBrainz one.
If one of those would be enabled it also would pull genres, and those would not be affected by the genre settings from your screenshot.
