Recording splitted in two tracks in new release

Hello, I am entering a new release

two tracks correspond to two parts of the same work

  1. Work “Andante spianato et Grande polonaise brillante in E-flat major, op. 22: I. Andante spianato” - MusicBrainz
  2. Work “Andante spianato et Grande polonaise brillante in E-flat major, op. 22: II. Grande polonaise brillante. Allegro molto” - MusicBrainz

The problem is that there is only one recording already available:

The two recording were executed live one after the other, but in the release I am creating they correspond to two track, while in other release they are merged in a single track.

Not sure what to do.
