Not sure if anything is to be done here or this release is input correctly:
Artist name and track names contain both english and belarus naming. This is how it is spelled on the bandcamp too.
I am wondering if tracks should be on belarus and aliases on english (just as with artist) but I guess Picard can’t pick that up (as it may present search issue). It also seems there is artist intent here but I am not sure as this differs on various discogs releases.
If you look at the Bandcamp track listing it has both languages. Likely this is why the MB also shows it like that.
An alias on track names would not do that as it would block one language with the other.
The release guidelines say “If the release has tracks listed in multiple languages, the entry with both languages included is considered to be the official release. Entries with only one of the languages on the cover should be set to pseudo-release.” (we have an exception for classical music where otherwise tons of CDs would have extra-long titles in three languages). So this should probably stay as it is, and you could add a pseudo-release with Belarusian only and another with English only.
