Questions About a Recording

I was scrolling through my ListenBrainz listens when I noticed that all the listens for the track Awake and Alive by Skillet were from the album iTunes Session, even though the track I was listening to (on Spotify) was from the Spotify album Awake. I thought that this was no big deal, and went to relink the listens to be from Awake instead. I linked the listen to Awake and Alive in the digital release album and called it a day. I checked ListenBrainz a couple of days later, and found a bunch of new listens for a remix of Awake and Alive called Awake and Alive - The Quickening. I had linked all of the listens for non-remix of Awake and Alive to the remix by accident. I thought I had just made a misclick, but it turns out that all of the recordings of Awake and Alive in the entire Awake release group were merged into the recording for Awake and Alive - The Quickening. I don’t have the CD for Awake so I cannot verify that the CD release is incorrect, but the digital release of Awake is definitely incorrect as all three of the external links have the original unremixed Awake and Alive as track #4. I’m fairly new to MusicBrainz, so I thought I would ask for some advice before I start changing 10+ releases.

Also, while finding the references I found out that the version of Awake and Alive from iTunes Session isn’t the same song I was listening to on Spotify anyways. See YouTube Music.
