Question about (p) and (c) relationships for self release

Hi! I am updating an album and have a question about the relationships for it. The copyright is the same text as the artist. Release “T2” by Palmistry - MusicBrainz
The artist is: Palmistry
Copyright (from Harmony) is:
© 2025 Palmistry
℗ 2025 Palmistry

Do i add a the (p) and (c) relationships to the recordings/release under the Artist or under a new production Label named after the artist? If it is a new label, would that also override the “no label” I put on the release for Palmistry’s self release?

This is my first post thank you in advance to everyone for all your hard work.

welcome to the forums~

in this case, you’d add those relationships to the artist. almost any time the artist name and label name are identical, you would not create a label for the artist. if the label were Palmistry Music or Palmistry Records, I might create a label for that

What UltimateRiff said. You can add artist for phonographic copyright & copyright instead of a label. It’s actually fairly common.
