Question about Dutch titles

Hi All

Behind a number of songs is the word Instrumental in Dutch. Should I change this to the Eglish word Instrumental?

i dont change it. keep original title, it’s ok just to edit the letter case.

Just IMO. i always keep “…(伴奏)” in Chinese titles
(which means “instrumental” in English.)

I wouldn’t change it. The album’s language is “Dutch,” and I found the back cover on Amazon.
