As discussed in https://musicbrainz.org/edit/103169878 there seem to be different understandings of this AR. Please clarify (and ignore the German edit notes while doing so)
looks like transferring is related to transferring a recording from analog tapes to a digital format, based on the original ticket (also linked on the edit)

I added the “(for example from an old tape to digital)” wording from the artist-recording rel also to the area/place ones, hopefully that makes them less confusing.
