Picard 2.9 will not add files

Folders are not added

Tried drag-dropping. Adding folder. Adding files. Nothing. I can see “Adding directory [filepath]” and estimated is stuck on X seconds but “Unclustered files” and “Clusters” are empty. 2.9 is buggy as hell.
