Not succeding in submitting my first new entry

Hi! I’m ripping and cataloguing some 4 or 500 CDs from 2015 found in an abandoned house, and some of them have no musicbrainz entries. I’ve tried submitting one, but after copying in the track title list, I get taken to a page that asks me to add a “Nota di Modifica”. I type stuff into the box saying the source of the disc, but the “Successivo” link (“Next”) never lights up and becomes clickable, so I am unable to continue.

Incidentally, I never saw a “Nota di Modifica” box on the way in, only got it when I tried to submit the info. It seems to exist in one of the other tabs, but if it’s compulsory, having it presented on the way in would be smoother.

Is there something I’m missing here?

Welcome. Are there any yellow caution markers on the tabs in the release editor, like this?

Yes most of the time, it’s release artist and/or track artists that are not all validated (green).
