Noob can't figure out how to add a CD I have to the database

Feel free to move this to an appropriate forum if it’s not in the right place.

My wife and I attended this concert in Pittsburgh Local Scene: 3/27/08 | Pittsburgh Post-Gazette and it was one of our favorite experiences ever. We bought their CD, Margo Bird. I don’t remember if it was at the concert or later. I cannot for the life of me figure out how to add it to the database. I’ve tried scanning the CD, but I can’t seem to add the Artist, Suburban Sect. It also doesn’t like the local label from 1996, Psychodaisy. The catalog number is PSY004. I also tried adding from the ripped MP3 files which I tagged (and accurately, I might add). I am still stumped on the Add an Artist page. The Save Edits button remains gray. This is the album. https://www.discogs.com/release/9588424-Suburban-Sect-Margo-Bird I am physically holding the CD case in my hand. They are local to the Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania region. They played in the 1990’s, and had a few reunion concerts in the 2000s.
I will likely just give up.

Track 9 is a cover of Victoria by the Kinks, and the licensing on it may be not-in-great-shape, that one track is unavailable anywhere on line, and it was their most popular song.

Hi! You’ve probably done everything correctly, except for something annoying and unintuitive, like selecting an artist for every track.

There are a few ways we can help:

  1. Give us some more details - probably in the form of a screenshot of the first editing tab (when you are trying to add your release) and the tracklist editing tab. Otherwise we don’t know what’s missing/why the submit button is greyed out.

  2. I am happy to jump on a video call, and have a quick look, if that’s more your thing.

  3. There is a detailed video walkthrough here, if you can spare 6 minutes, that should cover everything.

OK,
What I will probably do is try it again while recording the screen, since you are design and UX consultant. That way you can see what a user like me sees and help the process. It won’t be for a couple few days. I’ll upload the video (or a link to the video if it’s too big).
It’s probably something stupid and unintuitive that could be easy and intuitive.
