For me, ETI is a guidelline about capitalisation, to say that ETI should not get Title Casing.
It does not address the title versus comment topic.
It states that if it’s ETI that it should be on the title. However, ETI, should be on the tracklisting as you pointed out, which I didn’t check on the physical medium. I’ve reverted all my no votes to abstain on his edits.
