Edison-Bell Records was an early label on 78s, eg. see “A Sunday Parade ”
But is the name of the label “Edison-Bell Records”, or is it “Winner” as printed on the label, or as it is shown here: “The Winner Records ”?
Or is Winner an imprint of Edison-Bell Records?
Both are labels.
According to Wikipedia, an imprint is usually a “trademark” or a “brand”.
When a label is strictly a trademark or brand, not a company, then it is usually called an "imprint", a term used for the same concept in publishing. An imprint is sometimes marketed as being a "project", "unit", or "division" of a record label company, even though there is no legal business structure associated with the imprint.
In the following image, it seems to be a “trademark” so I would say it’s an imprint.

The text “Edison-Bell Records” isn’t even printed on the label, so I’d enter an edit to change the release label to “Winner”, which would be an imprint-type MB Label.
