Jigsaw vs Jigsaw -- identical artist credits?

Looking at the artist credits for Jigsaw, and there are two of them that appear identical:

This shows up on a release page when the recording is a different Jigsaw from the release artist, even though they appear typographically the same:

I tried to rename each of the Jigsaw credits to Jigsaw (thinking that one could be using an obscure but pixelly similar unicode character) but in each case the edit reported that no changes were made.

Any thoughts on what could be going on here?

This sounds like it might be MBS-7781 which should have been fixed on beta:

It is not yet completely fixed as these shouldn’t happen any more but all existing duplicates still need to be cleaned up.
I guess the cleanup will have to run regularly until all identical artist credits are merged.
