Yes.

There are a few exceptions, like rap “remixes” with new music or lyrics, which are new works instead:

It’s not the first time I’ve seen such edits and it’s probably not gonna be the last time. Maybe the documentation could be a bit clearer what data can be normalized and what shouldn’t.
