Hello, I want to know how to do the following: I want to save all the tags (album, ratings, genres, etc.) in a csv file, etc. Then, with that file, I can put all the information saved in other files, something like a backup. Can that be done?

Welcome to MB.
I have found a matching ticket, requesting this feature:

I don’t know if I can advertise other software, but for some things the Picard-Mp3tag duo is the best.
You open Mp3tag —> File —> Export

I don’t think this exists, but TBH MusicBrainz already serves as that metadata store. If you make collections with your releases then you will have a nice repository that contains all the tags, artwork, relationships etc.
Otherwise, user @volumetrique recently made a little script for a Discord user that exports collections to a CSV. I have not tested it. Presumably it does not contain all the metadata, but maybe it could be expanded.
I added it here: Guides/Userscripts - MusicBrainz Wiki - MB Release Collection to CSV
