Since yesterday, I can’t acess MusicBrainz. Always gives me a ERR_CONNECTION_TIMED_OUT error. I’m using Google Chrome but it doesn’t work in any other browser I tried.
I have 502s and 504s error at the moment trying to edit a release. The site must have some issues.
What does http://isup.me/musicbrainz.org say?
What’s your operating system? What do you get when doing a traceroute? Are you using a proxy of some sort (e.g., TOR or a VPN)?

There were temporary issues on our side, ten minutes before your post, i don’t think it is the same issue @itsgbitch has

We can access to 195.22.219.106 (hop 7 on your traceroute) from our servers, but not to 187.16.218.82 (do not answer to ping or traceroute at the moment, perhaps a dynamic IP though). None of those IPs are blacklisted on our side.

Seems fixed for me. My edit just went through
