Example: This album by Demon Hunter has barely any information. I’d like to add some more info, and I can use Harmony to get the full metadata information, but I can only add it as a new release afaik. How can I use these mass-importing tools on existing releases?

I’m pretty new to this, so maybe wait for more advice, but I believe when you name the “new” release it’ll give you a list of existing releases, and you just need to select the correct one and it’ll fill in the areas that already exist on the site along with your imported data.
Just put in the Apple Music URL in the first box. Hit enter. You’ll see that it will tell you “Release 1941edf2-78eb-4c94-95a1-ad916d326fa8 is already linked to this iTunes release (add to lookup)”. So, click on add to lookup and it will give you results. Click on “Update external links in Musicbrainz” Update missing info there (barcode, etc.)
