Help entering YouTube "playlists" containing only original music

Korean artist 재즈오빠 (Jazzoppa) releases music “playlists” on YouTube that mimic the appearance of other long BGM mixes on the site. However, these do not compile other artists’ tracks but instead only contain arrangements performed by the artist.

Yet the videos aren’t formatted like a regular album either; timecodes are given for the first run of tracks, but then this sequence loops to fill several hours of time. I believe still qualify as releases, but I’m not sure how they translate to MB.

As an example, for " '재즛토마요’:trumpet: | 즛토마요 재즈편곡 플리 pt.I [playlist] "

Translation

'JazZUTOMAYO’:trumpet: | ZUTOMAYO Jazz Arrangements [playlist]

I could go by the timecodes, entering the first run of tracks and the rest as one compilation recording of the first run.

One approach
compilation of: 초침을 깨물다 & Latin, 뇌리 위의 크래커 & Jazz Funk, 휴머노이드 & Samba, 새턴 & Bossanova and 거짓이 아니야 & Samba

Or should the whole thing be one compilation recording?

Another approach
  1. ‘재즛토마요’ | 즛토마요 재즈편곡 플리 pt.I [playlist] - 재즈오빠 (3:50:19)
compilation of: 초침을 깨물다 & Latin, 뇌리 위의 크래커 & Jazz Funk, 휴머노이드 & Samba, 새턴 & Bossanova and 거짓이 아니야 & Samba

Lastly, this is closer to a style question, but what about the titles? What exactly should I keep/remove? Keep only what’s in quotations? Convert the descriptive part into a subtitle? Keep “playlist” as ETI? What about when there seems to be multiple titles?

Any help would be much appreciated.

Edit: I’ve added the release here for now, but I’m willing to make changes based on any further discussion.

I don’t know if there’s a standard approach on how to handle YouTube chapters, but I’ve sometimes done both approaches in seperate releases, such as with this live release group:

the main reason being it technically exists as both, depending on how you look at it

if you only want to do one, I’d prolly go with the first approach (multiple tracks)

Actually, I still can’t consider it a release but rather a video recording, as it merely compiles previously released songs. My reasoning: all the music in this video (titled ‘XX Playlist’) has corresponding tracks available on streaming platforms (as releases). For example:

0:00 Byoushin wo Kamu & Latin (秒針を噛む)
Spotify track link: Unsupported browser"**

You can add this video to his (their?) MusicBrainz recording page with its full duration. If there are corresponding works, include all related works as well.

Just IMO anyway. nvm🫣

The tracks in the video are original arrangements of released songs, and are only released in these playlists AFAIK.

I’d split the video in its own release like UltimateRiff’s recomendation.
Having it in the track list kinda imply that it’s a continuation of the tracklist, and not an alternate format

At least, having the video as a release with relationships to the parts (like in this exemple) is plenty enough.
