English alternate work names in quotes aren't lowercase, right?

Style / Classical / Language / English - MusicBrainz says:

librettos and quotes should always follow sentence style

That means quotations, not titles that use quotation marks but aren’t quotations, right? E.g., Symphony no. 11 “The Year 1905” not Symphony no. 11 “The year 1905” because “The Year 1905” is an alternate title rather than a quotation, right?

That is correct, for English. If the alternate title is in French, it would follow French capitalization rules.
