What username were you logged-in as when you got that message?

@iansings: you know exactly what happened so not sure what your goal with this is.
For others: They were contacted about serious issues twice, ignored the first email entirely, answered the second with a non-apology about being very smart and decided to ban-evade to add insult to injury 
Not particularly feeling like wasting any more time with this so I’m locking the thread.
