Since long now, I seem to get no notification pop-up for notes left on edits. Have checked “Show me an alert whenever I receive a new edit note.”, un- and rechecked. Email always comes, but notification a bit later or not at all. Curiously, it seems the 1st note from other editor is not notified on, but the 2nd sometimes gets pop-up. Having a history of missing things in plain sight, I presuppose own blaim: Maybe the culprit is my habit of using different computers with parallel running logins?
Ha, I have the opposite problem. I get repeat notifications when there are no new notes. Something’s not right.
