Dolby Digital logo on an audio cd

I’ve got an audio CD that has the Dolby Digital logo on the back. There’s an advanced resolution logo just below that, which might or might not be related. I don’t see the CDDA logo anywhere on it, but cdrdao and whipper seem to handle it like normal CDDA. Anybody know what that means? Does it mean anything about the CD itself, or is it just about the production process before CD mastering?

It should not have any meaning on the CD audio itself. Both terms are used for DVD-audio. DD is packed audio and AR fo 24bit/96kHz.
Checking the link, it seems it is not a DualDisc, so no DVD-A side.

My guesses are that someone left that logo there as they also made the version with DVD and did not know if it should be on this as well. Also, it maybe intended to indicate the recording was done in some +96kHz/24-bit resolution and just upsell this one.

Thoretically, it could be kind of HDCD, but I doubt it. The disc is probably not entirely compliant with red book specifications, but without further information, I would categorize this disc as “CD”.
