Digital release with iTunes exclusive track that no longer exists

As mentioned in every article about it, this album had an iTunes exclusive track when it was released, but the iTunes page no longer includes it

I’m thinking I keep both versions as separate but basically identical releases with the bonus-track version marked with a disambiguation comment as historical, but wanted to get a sanity check before doing that. Also would the “Withdrawn” status be useful in this situation? I feel like it’s not but I could be wrong. Thanks

Yeah, it is now a different release. One with the bonus track, one without.

I will also point out that 2007-01-01 cannot be the release date. Nothing is released on a bank holiday and that date should just be 2007. (Or blank)

Yeah, I fixed the release date (the guy who added all the digital releases did some weird things with the release dates). Do you think the bonus-track version would warrant the “Withdrawn” status?

I was going to say don’t apply withdrawn, but that was recently changed

Yes, apply withdrawn: Style / Release - MusicBrainz

Oh, nice. Thank you!
