This might be related to the recent PostgreSQL 12 Upgrade. Is it something that has to be simply re-enabled or is this a bug that I should report?
Yes, there currently are issues regarding statistics, reports, and some edits, due to an issue with memory management for PostgreSQL 10+. It requires some tuning, and there will probably be a short downtime today.
MusicBrainz will be read-only at 14pm UTC, some other services will be down too, for a few minutes only.
Editing mode is back, other services too.
