What do I need to do if the cover art of two different releases are obviously switched in error? Specifically Spotify – Web Player and Spotify – Web Player. Should I try to correct the error by uploading the cover art on the correct release or should I leave the error as is and note the the error in the commentary?

Oooh, that’s a sloppy one. I would swap them and leave an annotation out of sheer OCD. If the releases can be purchased and you would end up with the wrong cover art, I would contact the vendor first.
