I added this release https://musicbrainz.org/release/314cc640-8b88-4130-996c-6e44fcda7cb6 for Paul Maar
But, when i search via link from Picard to attach cd 2 id, i cant see it.
What am i missing?

The only problem that I can think of is a different track count.
Maybe there is a bonus hidden track?
You would have to first add that track before being able to attach the Disc ID.
Check the track count of the CD and compare with MB medium track count.
