Lots of digital releases have pages like this one:
https://killy.lnk.to/NYL (real) or https://lnk.to/ASDF (fake example without subdomain). They have links to spotify, itunes etc.
It would make sense to add these links as a discography but you can’t cause you get this error:
Please don’t enter bundled/shortened URLs, enter the destination URL(s) instead.
These pages are not link shorteners anymore, the URL you click is where you end up so the website should allow them to be added right?
When you click you get a list of other links (in your real example: Spotify, Apple Music…) to click on. This is still an intermediate bundle URL. The final links are the ones to be added to MusicBrainz.
