Can we add contestants who did not win were one of those who performed a new song?

In the recently concluded “Universe Ticket” talent search competition, there were contestants who were part of teams who performed new songs. The production company released these new songs.

Can I create a new profile for them, so I can add them as performers, regardless if they were signed up by another agency or not?

I don’t know this stuff at all but I don’t see why not.
If there are releases by those artists, why not add the artists?
