Sometimes magazines or promo channels premiere tracks from a release early, generally on soundcloud (via a digital magazine) or on youtube. Can these be entered as separate releases? If so would they be promo or official? And would the label be the one that does the promotion, or the label the full release is on (and then a promotion by relationship)?
